Just 2 weeks to go !
We are now just 2 weeks from start date. The team has battered down and are looking forward to actually getting out there. We are having a commisioning service on the 7th of September, and the official farewell ceremony on the 8th.

Commisioning Service: Sunday 7th August, 10am, Beechboro Baptist Church, Altone Park Leisure Centre, 332 Benara Road, BEECHBORO.

The official farewell ceremony is at 8:45am, Monday the 8th of September, at Forest Chase in the city.

Cycle Instead Speed Dome Family Day
The first Bike for Bibles event for 2003 is our Cycle Instead Speed Dome Family Day. (Details below) Will you please help to publicise this event through any avenue you can? Please tell your friends, family, associates and especially church contacts about this day. We will be adding more attractions to the day over the coming weeks but we need to get the word out so that people can start planning now. How about contacting people in your address book.

New BFB Riding Colours Released
Hot off the press - the new Bike for Bibles riding gear. Rodney received some samples last week of the new strip. I have attached a shot of the new jersey (note the cute model :) . There is also a matching set of knicks. The idea is that all of the riders for the big ride this year will be showing off our colours to look like a team and promote ourselves.
