| The bike I will be riding is a Trek 1000. It is the entry level road bike from Trek Bikes. Trek bikes have been made popular lately because of their
success at the controls of Lance Armstrong in the last 5 Tour de France races.
It is nothing too fancy but hopefully strong enough to cope with supporting my weight, and the road conditions across Australia.
